[ रुख़ हवायों के बताता रहा, पुर्ज़े खतों के उड़ाता रहा ]
ख़त में मेरा पता कहाँ था, यही इलज़ाम लगाता रहा!
वो अपने ज़ख्म कुछ इस तरह सहलाता रहा
ख़ैरियत मेरी पूछता रहा, जी बहलाता रहा!
नम होने न दिया आँखों को
खुश्क ठहाकों से उनको सुखाता रहा!
और बातों पर उसकी आँख जब मेरी भर आई
मुझे ही दिलासा दिलाता रहा !
रुख़ हवायों के बताता रहा, पुर्ज़े खतों के उड़ाता रहा !
खुदा होने की आदत थी उसको
अपने ग़म तो दिखाए पर दर्द को हँसी में उड़ाता रहा
ख़ैरियत मेरी पूछता रहा, जी बहलाता रहा!
There was never a pursuit of happiness,
there was happiness!
I was happy living for my small things
never dying for big things.
Then I was told
how small I was
with nothing big,
not even trying,
living a wasted life
in my comfort zone!
Is the life's purpose only to be happy?
or is it to achieve much??
or to make other's life happy?
does achievement necessarily come at the cost of happiness?
are both mutually exclusive?
can a balance be struck?
how does one know when the balance is struck?
Does achievement give happiness?
What happens during the pursuit of achievement?
Does one remain happy during that time?
would one never be happy if he fails?
Or should one always be happy even while trying to achieve?
Is that possible? Is that always possible??
Should one not try for the fear of failure??
........ and there are more questions....
but ain't the answer to all only one and simple?
परिमित है
वो समय जो हम एक साथ व्यतीत कर सकते हैं!
ज़िंदगी है
वो चिंगारी जो उत्तपन्न होती
है साथ होने से!
एक चकमक पत्थर है
तुम्हारा स्पर्श जो जीवन को जीवंत करता है!
जीवन तो सदैव रहेगा
उसकी आँखों में,
क्योंकि वो जीवित है
उसी स्पर्श से !
उसकी आँखों में जीवन
तो तुम्हारे जीवन की चमक का प्रतिबिंब है
सांसें थक सकती हैं
लेकिन जीवन कभी नहीं
यह वहाँ रहेगा, हमेशा ....तुम्हारे
लिए !!
It is finite
the time that we get together!
It is life
the spark that ignites when we are together!
It is a flint stone
when your touch brings out the life
There would always be life
the spark of life
life in his eyes
whenever the flint stone is there to touch
in spite of the finitude
the breath may get exhausted
but never the life
the life in his eyes
the life in his eyes that you see
the reflection of life in his eyes
it will be there, forever for you!!
कहीं से पकड़ूँ तो कहीं से रिसती है
हर किनारे को छोड़ सिर्फ धारा में बस्ती है
जाने कौन से सफर पे
ये मेरी कश्ती है!!
क्षमता हमारे विवेक की
मानव जो भी हैं, हर एक की
यही है
की जानने को कुछ भी
निराकार या साकार
भाव या रूप
उसे एक नाम चाहिए
और उस विचार को
किसी और तक पहुँचाने के लिए भी
एक नाम चाहिए!
नाम उसे भी चाहिए
जो सब कुछ है!
अति-सूक्ष्म से बृहद-व्यापक है
चल-अचल, जड़-चेतन,
आदि-अनंत,
मूढ़ से चेतना तक
विचार से शब्द तक
कुछ नहीं से सब कुछ तक
उसे भी नाम चाहिए!
उसको पहचानने को,
उसके सिमरन को
उससे शिकायत को
उसे याद रखने को
उसे भूल जाने को
नाम चाहिए !
जिस भाव में, जिस रूप में
देखते हैं
वही उसका नाम हो जाता है !
क्योंकि सब कुछ वही है
तो हर नाम उसी का है
पर कुछ नाम बहुत पावन हैं
शुद्ध अंत:करण को करते हैं
जब हम उनको स्मरण करते हैं !
